Fitness For Young People

I’ve a strong passion for developing young people and inspiring them to improve their abilities and confidence through sport and fitness.

I have coached children and young people in football, basketball and tennis, as well as working at large summer sports camps which have incorporated many different kinds of sporting and fitness activities.

I find that by positively encouraging young people and challenging them with fun and good-spirited competitive activities helps develop them on many levels – co-ordination and balance, fitness, health, strength, socially and with their overall confidence. I also strongly believe that  focusing on children’s sport and fitness at an early age encourages them to develop into strong, healthy and successful adults, both on and off the field.

I am First Aid trained and hold a Certificate in Safeguarding and Working With Children from the UK.
