I have strong experience in group training with kettlebells and I use this great tool as part of many of my clients’ training programs. I also hold a kettlebell instruction qualification from the UK based Premier Personal Training.

I can guide you through basic kettlebell movements such as the swing, squat, deadlift, clean and press and snatch. As well as more complex and innovative techniques and movements.
