This blog is a collection of thoughts on fitness, health and sport in Thailand, a hugely fast-growing industry here.

It also includes general information and ideas about training techniques, working out, weight training, circuits, muscle building, diet/nutrition, and weight loss that applies to everyone, not just Bangkokians!

My aim is to build this up so it’s a great resource for anyone who likes to stay active in Bangkok or elsewhere.
