A personal trainer insures the individual is performing the exercise correctly to avoid injury.

A personal trainer insures the individual is performing each exercise in the correct order, frequency and intensity.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TRAIN WITH US? At Bangkok Fitness we offer some of the lowest rates for one-on-one personal training services in Bangkok.

First Session Free: Then 10 Sessions for 12,000 Baht.

HOW CAN WE OFFER SUCH A LOW RATE? Because we choose to train only a committed select group of clients who workout consistently, do not habitually cancel and are serious about getting some real results.

WHY IS OUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE? We want to meet you, discuss and identify your fitness goals and make you aware of what it is really going to take to get you there. We can and will get you there, but rest assured it will include:

HARD RESULT-ORIENTED WORKOUTS

CANCELLATION TERMS We know that everyone has busy lives and schedule's change. As a Bangkok Fitness Client, if you have to reschedule or cancel a session that's OK.

We only ask that, emergency notwithstanding, you give us some reasonable notice. For us occasional (not habitual) cancellations are understandable and acceptable.

If you must cancel, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the missed workout session later the same week.
