  • JAMES MCDONALD

    Mr McDonald has been working as a personal trainer for over seven (7) years. A former semi-pro footballer in Europe, he has vast experience in all facets of weightlifting and cardiovascular training. Also a trained physical therapist, he has great expertise in dealing with persent/past injuries during a exercise regime.

    ACE Certified Fitness Trainer (since 2000)

    ASCM Physical Therapist Certification (since 2001)


  • EILEEN HARDING

    Ms Harding is an experienced tri-athlete and has been involved in physical fitness training for over eight years. A licensed physical therapist from the United States, Ms. Harding has experience in dealing with back and knee related injuries. She also has expertise in training women during pregnancy.

    NFPT Certified Fitness Trainer (since 2002)

  • DAMIAN HOOEY

    Mr. Hooey an experienced and talented teacher who brings energy and knowledge to personal training. A former semi-pro Rugby Player, Mr. Hooey has a degree in Physical Education and is currently a certified NFPT personal fitness trainer.

  • SONMITA PORNPITAGPAN

    Ms. Pornpitagpan has been an active aerobics and dance instructor in Bangkok for over five years. Additionally, she has been an active personal fitness trainer with expertise in working with post pregnancy recovery, fitness and nutrition. She is currently a NFPT personal fitness trainers and is working to become a registered nutritionist.
