Bangkok Fitness offers personal fitness training to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Our program is unique in that it is a total body workout tailored to each individual's current fitness level and fitness goals. Through years of experience, we have devised a proven fitness method geared towards helping the average person achieve their fitness goals in the least amount of time. Although we always train our clients safely within their individual fitness levels, please know our program is hard work. Every workout we will aspire to challenge your fitness capability using time proven effective exercise methodology. You will have super workouts, feel great and will get some fantastic results.
A Bangkok Fitness Trainer will meet you at your Home, Condo Fitness Room or your private gym at a time and place of your choosing and lead you through your "designed-for-you" workout. We typically train our clients at least three (3) times per week for one (1) hour. That's right! Our trainers come to you. No crowded gyms, lost travel time, gawking gym staff or expensive memberships. Exercise privately when, where and how you want.
Being a tailored made exercise routine specially designed for each client, insures that each of our clients gets the maximum results toward their individual fitness goals with the least amount of time investment. Our trainers utilize a combination of aerobics, weight training, pylometrics and anaerobic exercises to achieve these results. We also work closely with each individual on their dietary intake and offer advice, meal plans and alternative food selections as a function of their overall exercise program to accelerate achieving their fitness goals. As your training develops, we constantly monitor your progress through weight and body composition records coupled with your increased strength, endurance and cardiovascular capability. Our initial training session is FREE. We will meet with you, perform an assessment of your current health, fitness level, diet and medical history while identifying your personal fitness goals. We will then lead you through a sample exercise routine which is representative of the type of workouts we will do.
We work extensively with individuals over forty years of age. Naturally as our body grows older it goes through physical changes which impact an individuals response to exercise and diet. As a result, for someone who hasn't been on a regular fitness program for a while, anticipated performance in the gym and desired results can be below expectations. Our program will assist you to identify the reactionary changes aging has caused in your body and help you enact some reasonable guidelines to make your workout more productive, injury free and enjoyable. Fitness over forty is absolutely obtainable, it simple requires a slightly moderated path for most people.
The Bangkok Fitness Mission is to assist each fitness client in achieving their individual fitness goals while identifying what specific combination of exercise and diet regime gets them results.
