Bangkok Health and Fitness Blog

What does BangkokFitness.com offer? I’ve created this site as a guide to health, fitness and vitality in Bangkok, Thailand. I hope we help you find out some cool things about the city and inspires you to make some positive changes in your life whilst living here.

New to this site? Here is a good place to start, or you can go straight to our sections on dietmovementdevelopment as well as events and what’s on in Bangkok. This site also includes some useful resources such as a Bangkok Sports Directory and fitness glossary.

What do I offer? I’m Jack T, a UK-qualified personal fitness trainer and sports coach. I have a strong and varied background in 1-to-1 personal training, fitness classes and bootcamps, kettlebell training, strength and conditioning, youth fitness and sports coaching, especially football. There is a lot of information on this site that will help you get your fitness journey started without me, but if you require more in-depth training and instruction in weight loss, muscle building, athletic performance or if you simply want to look good and feel great, then please contact me. If you’re 100% committed to your goals then I’ll give you 100% of my commitment in motivating you and guiding you on the exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices you need to make to succeed.

Lumphini Park Fun Run Saturday 28th April 7am

We’re organizing a 5km and 10km fun run at Lumphini park starting at 7am on Saturday 28th April.

Lumphini park is one of Bangkok’s best parks to run in, and the 2.54km loop makes it a nice distance to prepare for longer races (unlike the shorter Benjasiri park which gets a bit boring).

Entrance is 150 baht and medals, prizes and class vouchers will be given out to all participants.

Please contact me or visit our facebook page for more information and to register.
